Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tj99 platform and all services operated under it. When you create an account on tj99, access the platform, or use any of its services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. If any conflict arises between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.

tj99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that the user agrees to the revised Terms.

Account Registration

To open an account at tj99, you will need to provide some basic information. You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Providing false information when creating an account is strictly prohibited. tj99 reserves the right to verify identity at any time and may request the necessary documents. If documents are not provided or information is found to be incorrect, the account may be suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorized access occurs, notify the support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Age Verification & Restrictions

tj99 is operated for persons aged 21 or older only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

tj99 may request proof-of-age documents (national ID card or passport) for accounts under suspicion. tj99 reserves the right to restrict account activity until the documents are submitted.

Persons located in the following regions or circumstances are not eligible to use tj99: any area where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. The user is responsible for confirming their own legal status.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at tj99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your account. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The same method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tj99 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the associated account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. Accounts linked to any unlawful financial activity will be permanently closed.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered to meet the requirement. This condition must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Promotions

tj99 may offer special promotions and deals from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant offer page. tj99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Fair Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users of the tj99 platform must refrain from the following activities:

• Attempting to manipulate games or the betting system through fraudulent or dishonest means
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to operate games
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
• Coordinating gaming or betting with other users (collusion)
• Intentionally identifying and exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Using a third party's account or betting on behalf of someone else
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing or disrespecting other users

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, tj99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the associated account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, no bet can be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, tj99's server records will be considered final in determining the outcome of that bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all rules relating to markets will be stated on each event's detail page. Official data and recognized results providers are used as the basis for settling bets. In the event of a dispute, tj99's decision is final.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own payout structure and rules, which can be viewed in the game interface. tj99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on specific games.

7.4 Crash Games

In crash games (such as Aviator), the outcome of each round is completely random. It is the user's own responsibility to cash out at the right time. tj99 is not liable if a cash out does not occur due to a connection issue.

VIP Program

The tj99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes are managed based on regular gaming activity. tj99 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program. VIP benefits may not be combined with other promotions.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by tj99

tj99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms or conducting prohibited activities
• Providing a false identity or information
• Non-cooperation with an investigation or verification process
• Long-term inactive account (generally more than 12 months)
• Any legal or regulatory reason

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account. To do so, contact the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account (provided there are no restrictions under the Terms).

Responsible Gaming
